Sunshine and white wine
Don’t say you didn’t see the signs
Drinking vodka like water
Hoping it would make things better
To dark purple and back
Having battles with myself
Messing with my mental health
I can’t help looking
Somewhat like a dying clown
When no one’s looking
And I walk alone staring at the ground
The flourishing spring injects me
With hate and depression
And no one’s listening
Lying on the kitchen table
They’re calling me, they want me
Probably in some time I’ll be able
To take them one by one, you’ll see
All the rest of you won’t lift a finger
I’m the girl they used to call Ginger
